We met online when we were both students. Chris was building a gym app. I had notes on how it could look better. One thing led to another and I casually suggested he code an app idea I’d been thinking about for years. Fair’s fair. That became Eventful 1.0.

We launched it. People actually used it. So instead of leaving it as a “fun side project,” we decided to build it properly. Chris does the coding. I do the design. We both work full-time, so we’re not exactly moving at lightning speed, more steady, considered, slightly fuelled by late nights, but we care about getting it right.

Eventful is an event planning and experience app that keeps everything in one place. Lists, outfits, playlists, budgets, invites, plus a personalised photobooth so the memories don’t just live in someone’s camera roll. The goal’s simple: make planning feel organised, calm, and actually fun.
